These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Omnu and the tools available at https://omnu.dev and its subdomains (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Omnu provides free, browser-based tools for learning, hobbies, and everyday tasks. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following.

  • Use the Service in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service at scale, or use automated means to access it in a way that harms its operation.

3. No account required

The tools do not require you to create an account. Any progress or preferences saved by a tool are typically stored in your own browser, and clearing your browser data may remove them.

4. Intellectual property

The Omnu name, the site, and the tools' design and code are owned by Omnu unless stated otherwise. You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms don't grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

5. Third-party content and links

The Service may display third-party advertising and may link to other sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.

6. Educational use and no guarantees

The tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We don't guarantee that any content, answer, or study material is accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. See the disclaimer for details.

7. Provided “as is” and availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omnu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the “last updated” date above when we make changes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea.
